Here’s a breakdown of what’s involved at each step of the process:

1. When your first start working with Top and Tail, we’ll have a chat about your organisation and what your need. This is the time when we’ll talk about  things like your branding and house style, as well as timelines for getting your finished video back to you. Once we’ve worked together and got all these details sorted out, we’ll skip straight to step 2. 
2. Exactly what it says on the tin, simply upload your video. If you have any questions about getting your video to to us, do get in touch. 
3. When you upload your video, you’ll also need to tell us what you need. Branding? Subtitles? Trimming down? Just let us know. 
4. After we’ve got your video and know what you need, we’ll confirm timings and how much it’s going to cost.
5. We’ll sort the video for you and send a link you can download it from. When you get the video back from us you’ll have two working days to double check it and make sure you’re happy with everything. We’re pretty sure you will be happy but want to give you the chance to make one round of amends (just in case the music isn’t to your taste).
